Our Staff of Five
Casa Carole’s full-time staff of 3, cook, maid and houseman are available 8 hours a day 6 days a week to pamper you and meet your every need from, welcoming you and helping with your bags, to arranging a taxi for your departure. We also have a pool man and gardener, part time. See the “Comments Box” below to find out what wonderful things our guest have to say about our staff.
Maria - Cook
Each day, the cook will purchase the food you have selected from her extensive menu and will prepare, cook and serve two outstanding meals, typically breakfast and dinner. The kitchen will be fully stocked for your own use at other times. Filtered water is available in the kitchen.
Samuel - Houseman
Our very helpful houseman is in charge of maintenance and repairs during the day and serves drinks on the pool deck after 4 pm. He can help you with arrangements for tours, fishing, golf, tennis, boat charters and the many other activities that are available in Vallarta.
Carmen - Maid
Our maid makes up the rooms and cleans the villa each day from top to bottom. She does the laundry twice a week and is available for personal laundry as well on request.
Crispin - Pool Man
Our pool man comes very early in the morning, three times a week, to ensure that the pool is perfect for you and your friends.
Esau -Gardner
Our gardener comes to the villa as needed to tend to our extensive gardens and the many potted flowers on the balconies and decks. If you are lucky, he may be able to harvest fresh coconuts and bananas for you to enjoy. However the agave plants will not be ready for making tequila for several more years!
